
What is thermal cool?
Thermal-cool is a 4 layered coating system. It consist of a primer sealer coat, which is a pure acrylic clear coating that gets into the fine cracks and crevices as well works as a bonding agent for the second layer. Second layer is a heavy fibered insulated coating, which sets up a network of fibers to ensure strength. Third layer is a liquid waterproofing insulated coating that is the bonding agent for the fourth layer. The final coating is a ceramic insulated gloss that protects all under laments and bonds into one strong roofing system.
This 1999 award winning reflective coating will reduce wall and roof temperatures by 50-95 degrees to help keep your home extremely cool in the summer and substantially warmer in the winter. It is a ceramic product developed from space technology to re- radiate heat which keeps the shuttle cool during re-entry. In fact, it is the longest lasting, insulating bug repelling, mold and mildew resistant, non- fading, elegant coating ever to be applied to a home.

Safety Instructions For Thermalcool Roof Coatings:
Use 2 to 3 ladders when working on roof to have easy access to get off of roof.
Do not ever step on wet product
Pay attention to the wind direction so your stepping away from wet product area and so that cleanser doesn't blow back at you when cleaning roof.
Wear rubber sole appropriate shoes
Do not over fill pressurized tanks with cleaner
Be especially careful at peak and around edges of roof when working
Do not work on roof if wet or still covered with morning condensation
