applying and only apply to clean dry surface.
STEP 1
THERMAL COOL ACRYLIC SEALER is a highly concentrated,
water borne, acrylic, super binding emulsion used as a chalk
sealer for locking down chalky surfaces and a binder for
adhesion of top-coat and pure acrylic. Our sealer also makes an
excellent waterproofing sealer and conditioner for stucco,
masonry, cement, wood, brick, granite, and almost any surface.
Also as a primer is water, mildew and alkaline resistant. Stands
tough against salt and mild acid's. This sealer applies milky
white and dries clear, it penetrates deep into pours, locks down
chalk, and primes in one easy application.

STEP 2
THERMAL COOL FIBERED INSULATED COATING is a waterproof
fibrous pure acrylic compound for roofs, exterior walls,
interior walls, stucco, roof tile, banding, brick, all other
masonry surfaces, and a s a tile fill compound. Fib is also
recommended for repairing and maintaining the water proofing
system and sealing seams in corrugated and standing seam metal
roofs. Fib contains a THERMAL COOLS secret fibrous additive
which increases tensile strength and maximum stress levels. Fib
will expand and contract with the substrate to help prevent
hairline cracking and water intrusion. Provides a durable,
flexible, waterproof elastic membrane specifically formulated to
prevent cracking under the most extreme conditions.
APPLICATION: This product is a butter grade and may be
applied by brush or squeegee. To apply by brush, scoop FIB caulk
with a semi stiff brush and apply to roof/wall. Once FIB is

apply in a upward motion. Roughly covers approximately 200-250
sq. ft. per 5 gallon container.

STEP 3
INSULATING WATERPROOFING COATING
is a waterproofing
coating for sloped roofs and exterior walls. Use on cement tile,
Bermuda tile, barrel tile, shingle, brick, block, stucco and all

gallon will yield approximately a recommended 20 dry mils of
thickness.
WALLS A one coat application of 150 sq. ft. per gallon
will yield a recommended 7 dry mils of thickness.
SPECIAL NOTE: Mastic is a primary coating which must be
followed by a finish coat application of Thermal cool Ceramic
roof gloss. |
